VITA is our virtual assistant (chatbot) for the School Website Service. Whenever you need support, VITA is available to provide answers to your questions, even outside of normal business hours. VITA references the how-to guides on this website, and the chatbot is constantly updated by the SWS technical support team.
How it works
VITA uses artificial intelligence backed by knowledge articles to provide you with the information you need. Using analytics, we are able to adjust VITA to give better answers to the questions being asked.
