Newsletter subscription form

Use this guide to learn how to add the Newsletter subscription form.  This form sends any submissions through to your school email address for newsletter subscription.

Before you start

Navigate to your homepage and open the properties of the homepage.

Step 1: Add the form component and choose the Newsletter subscription form

  • Follow the instructions to add the form component and edit the form component
  • Open the format path window by clicking on the tick beside the Form Path field.
  • Choose the Newsletter subscription form from the DoE Forms folder by selecting the thumbnail beside the form.
  • Then choose the blue Select button.

Step 2: Check the submission email address

This form is submitted to the school email address configured in the homepage properties.

  • Select the School Metadata tab
  • Scroll down to the Campus section settings
  • Under Campus staff click Add

  • Select the blue Save and Close button to apply the changes.

Step 3: Publish your changes

  • For changes to be updated on your live school website you will need to publish the page

What happens when a form is submitted

When this form is submitted the component submits it to the school email address. The submission will look like the following:

The user will also recieve a confirmation email.
