If your assets open in Card View, you can change this by selecting the View icon in the top right, below your User icon. Select Column View from the drop-down as this is easiest to use. See our guide on Views for more.
Your school's folder will already be selected.
Scroll to the right to see your assets.
Select the folder wherein you want to save your image.
Step 3: Find the document or image you want to move
Once you have found your document or image, select the icon to the left of the file name. The tick will appear and your selection will turn blue.
Step 4: Select the new destination for your document or image
Navigate through your assets to the folder you now want your document or image to be saved.
Select the icon to the left of the folder name that you want your document or image to be moved into. The tick will appear and your selection will turn blue.
In the top right corner select Move to complete the move. If it shows Next move on to Step 6.
Step 5: Adjust and republish the document or image
This step ensures any link to this document or image will remain on the page after it is moved.
These boxes are all selected by default.
Make sure that all the boxes in the Adjust column have been selected. A tick will appear in each box.
Make sure that all the boxes in the Publish column have been selected. A tick will appear in each box.
Important: If Adjust or Publish boxes are deselected (unticked) by you the images or documents will break on your school's website.
