Remove school notes

Use this guide to learn how to remove school notes from your website.

Before you start

If you wish to retain any school notes, please refer to content housekeeping and document storage.
School notes need to be deleted from Assets first, prior to removing the link on the page under Sites.
Follow the guide to delete a document or PDF from Assets.

Step 1: Log in

Log in to Adobe Experience Manager and select Sites.

Your school's Home page will already be selected.

Step 2: Locate and edit the page

Navigate through your web pages to the page you want to edit.
Once located, select the icon to the left of the page. A tick will appear and your selection will turn blue.

Step 3: Remove each reference and link

Alternatively if you used the download box to add your school notes, simply remove each download box in the normal way you would delete a component.

Select Edit near the top right of the page.
Select and configure the component where the school notes are referenced.

Highlight the text and press delete on your keyboard.

Select the tick near the top right to save your changes.

Close Rich text editor

Step 4: Publish your changes

For changes to be updated on your live school website, you will need to publish the page.
