School report

Use this guide to add your School Report to your website.

  • can be configured to show all reports or just the most recent one

Before you start

Schools generate their annual school report using the School Planning and Reporting Online (SPaRO) application.

It is important to make sure that the school Principal has uploaded the current School Annual Report file onto SPaRO, which is available to schools through My Applications tab in staff portal.

Step 1: Edit the School planning and reporting page

  • Select About our school.
  • Select the icon to the left of School planning and reporting. The tick will appear and your selection will turn blue.  
  • Select Edit in the menu bar that appears across the top of the screen. 

Step 2: Edit your current School Report

  • Select Edit in the top right of the page. This button is next to Preview.
  • Select Drag components here found at the bottom of the page.
  • Select the plus icon.

  • Select School Report from the Insert New Component menu. 
  • If you have already uploaded your School Report it will populate automatically once you add the component. 

  • Drag and drop your School Report component under the sentence Download our current annual report.

Hide old school report - optional

  • Select the School report component and then the spanner icon. This is the configure tool. 

  • Select the tick on Display only the most recent Annual Report. This will hide all old school reports from the School planning and reporting page. 
  • Select tick on the dialogue box to save your changes. 

Publish your changes

  • For changes to be updated on your live school website you will need to publish the page.
