Order pages

Use this guide to order pages on your website.

Features

• You can easily change the order of your pages in List View using drag-and-drop interaction. List view, displays information for each page at the current level.
• To place a page on a different level, you would need to use Move.
• Important: Authors do not have permission to reorder pages. Ensure you have approver status to reorder pages within the site.

Step 1: Navigate to Home

• Log in to Adobe Experience Manager and select Sites.

• Your school's home page will already be selected.

Step 2: Find the page you want to re-order

• Locate the page you want to re-order. 
• Once you have found your page, change the view layout to List View.

Step 3: Drag and drop to re-order your page

• Click on the vertical selection bar (10 dots) to the far right of the page. The row is now highlighted and the cursor changes to an open hand.
• Drag the page to a new position in the list. Remember to drag your mouse while keeping the button pushed down, then release the button to drop the page in the new location.

Publish your changes

• For changes to be updated on your live school website you will need to publish the page. 
• Please note: You will need to publish the parent page such as, 'Learning at our school' in the above example.
