Publish content to your school’s website and Parent App at the same time.
By default, the components are set to Website and App, so news, newsletters and events will publish to both the website and app.
News
When you publish news to your school website, you can easily publish it to the Parent App’s news feed for parents and carers. They can tailor their news feed based on their child’s year group to view content most relevant to them.
Publish your school’s latest newsletter to the app at the same time as publishing to your school’s website so parents and carers have convenient access.
Use the newsletter guides to create, edit, delete and upload newsletters.
Events
Publish key dates and information for upcoming events to your school’s website and the Parent App. Parents and carers can link the app’s calendar to their personal calendar to get event reminders on their device.

Once the events are imported you can make necessary edits or use the Manage publication feature to publish them all live.
My Schools
Keep your school’s contact information up to date on your school’s website and it will automatically populate the Parent App. Parents and carers can use the ‘My schools’ function in the app to quickly access school details and contact the school via phone or email.
