Use this guide to learn about getting help with using Adobe Experience Manager.

Option 1: Access the how-to guides from within Adobe Experience Manager

Access our how-to guides from within Adobe Experience Manager.

• Log into Adobe Experience Manager
• Select the how-to guides icon

• You will then be taken directly to the how-to guides.

Option 2: Use the help widget

Use the help widget to get in touch with the team or use the chatbot.

Using the chat widget in AEM sites

• Log into Adobe Experience Manager.
• Navigate to AEM sites.
• Select the help icon on the right side of the screen.

• A form will appear.
• Complete your details and select Send.

• You will receive a success message once your form has been submitted.
• The support team will be notified of your request.

Using the chatbot

Use the chatbot widget on the page you are editing to get helpful tips and advice.

• Log into Adobe Experience Manager.
• Navigate to AEM sites.
• Select a page and select Edit from the Sites actions toolbar.
• Note: it does not matter which page you select, however, you cannot select anything before the Home page.

• When the page opens in a new tab, select the Help icon on the right side of the screen.

• Enter your question in the form.
• Select the arrow to submit.

• The chatbot will answer you with relevant information.

• Provide feedback on the platform.
