Adobe Experience Manager for School Website Service (Beginner)

In the beginner course, we will run through the basics of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for School Website Service (SWS). Topics include: 

• an overview of Adobe Experience Manager
• Author and Approver roles and permissions
• how to get started using Adobe Experience Manager
• the importance of planning content with a focus on accessibility
• how to access your website under Sites
• how to upload images and documents to Assets
• how to build your homepage using components
• how to create newsletters, events, and photo albums
• how to publish your content live to the public
• publishing workflows
• troubleshooting and where to get support.

Adobe Experience Manager for School Website Service (Intermediate/Advanced)

In the intermediate/advanced course, we will: 

• provide a quick refresher of the beginner training course
• cover page types and templates used on your school website
• demonstrate homepage properties which allow you to further customise your school website
• cover publishing, unpublishing, deleting and moving pages under Sites
• show you advanced editing features
• demonstrate complex components
• cover the analytics available for your school website.
