Get video link from YouTube

Use this guide to learn how to get a video link from YouTube.

Step 1: Open YouTube

• Open a new tab or window on a web browser such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
• Go to YouTube.com.

Step 2: Search for the YouTube video

• Select the YouTube search bar on top of the page.
• Type in the video you would like to link into the search bar.

• Select the YouTube video. For example: Back to School 2019: First Day of Kindy.

Step 3: Get the video link

• There are two options to getting the video link.

Option 1:

• Select the web browser's search bar. 
• Highlight the web address, right click and select Copy to copy the link.

Option 2:

• Below the video, select the Share button.

• Select the Copy button and the link will automatically be copied.
  
• Alternatively, highlight the text, right click and select copy to copy the link.
